AYI & ADA is a premium home and body care brand operated by Rayman and Thomas Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

1. Our Products

AYI & ADA offers fragrance-free home and body care products, including hand wash, multipurpose surface cleaners and floor cleaners.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and product information.

Product images may be illustrative, and packaging or presentation may vary. The product supplied will conform to its description and applicable consumer law.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error has occurred, subject to applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Availability and Delivery

Products are subject to availability.

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed before checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will notify customers if significant delays arise.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed, in accordance with applicable law.

We remain responsible for goods during delivery until they reach you or a person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Customers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period after receiving their goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable legislation.

6. Product Use and Safety

Our products must be used according to their instructions and any applicable safety warnings.

Cleaning products should be stored safely and kept out of the reach of children and pets.

Do not mix cleaning products with other chemicals unless the manufacturer expressly instructs you to do so.

Fragrance-free does not mean that a product is free from every potential allergen or suitable for every individual or animal.

If you have a known sensitivity, please review the product information before use.

We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, information concerning product descriptions, availability or pricing may contain errors.

We may correct errors and update website information, subject to our obligations under consumer law.

The AYI & ADA name, logos, illustrations, photography, website content and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Rayman and Thomas Ltd, as applicable.

They must not be reproduced, commercially exploited or used without permission, except where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer residing elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms removes your right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
